Rugby Club (the “App”) is a social polling network for rugby fans. By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By registering you declare that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for your password's security and your account's activity. Your fan-identity data (username, favorite club and national team) is set when you complete registration and cannot be changed afterwards — it underpins the integrity of the fan/neutral statistics. Email and password remain editable. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account; deletion is permanent and removes your profile, your polls and your votes.
The polls, options and suggestions you publish are yours. By publishing you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute them within the App (required for the service to work). Content is shown in its original language; we neither edit nor translate it. You are solely responsible for what you publish.
It is forbidden to publish content that incites or celebrates violence or constitutes harassment; that contains hate speech or discrimination; that is sexually explicit; that is spam, misleading or impersonates others; or that infringes third-party rights.
We enforce these rules with automatic filters at publish time, user reports (content with multiple reports is hidden preventively until review), user-to-user blocking and administrative review. Violations accumulate strikes: at 3, a temporary 7-day suspension; at 5, a permanent one. A suspended account can view content but cannot publish or interact.
The following is not allowed: unauthorized access to the App or to others' accounts, automated interactions (bots, scraping), vote manipulation, or interfering with the service.
The App, its design and its code belong to Rugby Club. Names, crests and logos of clubs, leagues and national teams belong to their respective owners; they are displayed for identification purposes and the App is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any official rugby entity.
Polls express community opinions, not official data. The App offers no betting or real-money games.
The service is provided “as is” and may be modified, suspended or discontinued. We may update these Terms; relevant changes will be notified in the App and continued use implies acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rugby Club is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App or from user-published content. Nothing in these Terms limits the non-waivable consumer rights of your country of residence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If you reside in the European Union, you keep the protection of your country's mandatory rules and the right to bring claims before its courts.
